TRAVELING THROUGH THE USA

I captured as much of my journey through the USA as possible-like a true tourist-, so these are just the few that I felt suited the blog and the theme of nature the best and featured my creepy little face the least haha. It has always been my life goal to visit the USA, so being there at just 16 years old was definitely like a dream come true.

First, we went to the east side of the US and visited New York, Philadelphia and Washington. Then we took a plane to San Francisco and traveled down to Los Angles through most of the beautiful nature parks like Death Valley, Yosemite, Bryce Canyon, The Grand Canyon and Sequoia and through all the incredible cities like Las Vegas, Page and many others that don’t come to mind when writing this now.

We did some crazy things I did not even dare to dream like make a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon and walk through the most insane nature and meet new people (actually just one and I barely said anything #introvertedlife). All in all, this was an experience of a lifetime.. like actually sooo much fun.

Global warming

These pictures all connect in one way, all of them have to do with global warming and all its effects. Now, during the time of the Australian bushfires and Greta Thunberg, this subject seems more trending than ever.

Global warming is effecting our daily lives more than we realize. Climate change is more than just a nicer or poorer weather. Climate change is what will make our planet uninhabitable in the future.

These photos all have some kind of plot twist or digital editing to them. I really enjoyed making these pictures and I hope you like them too.

About me- an introvert with many hobbies

My name is Demi and I live in the Netherlands. I have waaayy too many hobbies and this is what my blog is all about. I just post things I’m passionate about like music and photography.

Like mentioned earlier, I started this blog because of my passions in life. I love playing piano, bass and I am currently starting to learn ukelele. I also like to do some photography and I loooovveee writing. I also want to do some posts about motivation, some post you want to read on a bad day to make you feel better.

Throughout my blog, I will update you on the interesting things that are going on in my life and save you the boring bits. This is why my blog is so diverse, I just write whatever feels relevant to my life at that particular moment.

I am an introverted teenage girl and handle all the struggles and happy moments in my life. I am also a professional procrastinator and a perfectionist(ish) at the same time. I love to do horse-riding once a week, but I’m not ya typical horse girl at all.
